Three day conference call agenda

All,
      There will be a three day conference call starting tomorrow at 11 AM
through 8 PM Eastern 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time. The call will have a
different number for Tuesday. The call in number for Wednesday and Thursday
will be 620-584-8200 with a pass code of 7625#. Archie Lachner will be
sending out the phone specifics for Tuesday's meeting.
      The agenda for the three day teleconference will be
Tuesday Morning:
   Since this is the working group's first formal meeting we have to
   establish our bylaws.
      Committee voting policy
         Attendance policy
         Ballot constituency
         Working group policy
         quorum size
      Establish official records keeping
         Si2 or Chairman/Vicechair
            issues
            Minutes
            Notes
   Bio break
      Issue tracking
         Accept Si2 issues as is
         Adopt Si2 issue tracking system
      Draft a disclosure policy
   Lunch
      Establish our funding policy
         Meeting costs
         Editing costs (hire it done or do it our selves)
      Establish a meeting schedule
      Establish whether the next release will be an Si2 standard
         Separate those portions of the meeting or not
   Bio break
      Open issues
      Action items
      Noise discussion time permitting
Wednesday and Thursday morning:
   Edit the noise section of the document
Thursday afternoon:
   Decide on the next course of action
      More editing or proof reading
